As a Venture Programmer, instead of exchanging your time for a daily wage, you work for shares in the business you are helping to build. If you help build a successful business then the rewards can be far greater than you can earn by simply selling your skills. Of course, not every business will be successful, which is why we always encourage Venture Programmers to do a smaller amount of work on several projects, rather than a large amount of work on a single one. That way you spread your risk and maximise the chances that the some of the shares that sky rocket in value arrive in your pocket!

You can choose how much time you wish to invest and which projects you wish to work on. You can choose to work full time on a project, or just evenings and weekends -or maybe just a few weeks holiday time. While ideally suited to self employed or contract personnel who are between other roles, full time employees can find a place with us too.

If you do become involved in a project, rest assured that your only investment will be your time and skill. We will cover your reasonable expenses to attend project meetings etc.
